We are a team of medical personnel who have lived the experience of fragmented healthcare and have partnered to create a medical concierge telemedicine practice that offers a different approach.

Often, processing the reality of receiving a life-altering diagnosis is stressful enough. Our services are designed to come alongside you/your family to help you navigate care. We utilize our medical experience and knowledge of the healthcare system to work for you, as we identify and anticipate problems and solutions and rally a team to carry out a personalized health plan. It is often difficult to juggle the demands of family, work, daily life, and the responsibility of caring for an aging loved one. The assistance offered through VOHH lightens the responsibility, giving individuals and families a support system and a sense of security that experienced medical professionals are willing to come alongside to go above and beyond to help and to make a difference. Additionally, for adults struggling to research and make health-related decisions, VOHH can assist with researching, and investigating options and alternatives as individuals weigh tough decisions.

One major challenge within health care is that providers typically organize care and services in restricted domains. As a result, patients and their families ultimately navigate between these domains with limited support through periods of transition—VOHH partners with your providers to guide you through the stages of change.
